1. Free use

All tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the output (rewritten, paraphrased, summarised or corrected text, and analysis results) for any lawful purpose, and you retain whatever rights you hold in the text you submit. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute the site's code or content without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

2. Fair use and the daily quota

The AI tools are subject to a free quota, currently 5 requests per day of up to 6,000 characters each, counted per network address and reset daily. We may change the quota at any time. You agree not to circumvent it, not to access the AI tools by automated means, scripts or bulk requests, and not to resell or wrap the service in another product. Bot-protection checks are part of the service and must not be bypassed.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". Output is generated by a third-party language model and can contain mistakes, omissions or changes of meaning. We make no warranty that results are accurate, complete or error-free, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your requirements. In particular, we do not guarantee that rewritten text will pass any AI-detection tool, now or in future. You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on it.

4. Your responsibility for submitted content

You are solely responsible for the text you submit. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the right to process; content containing the personal data of other people (names, contact details, identification numbers, health or financial information) without their permission; or confidential material you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor. Text submitted to the AI tools is processed by Google's Gemini API as described in our privacy policy.

5. Academic and professional integrity

The tools are writing aids. Paraphrasing or humanising text does not make it your original work and does not remove the need to cite sources. Many schools, universities, publishers and employers restrict or prohibit AI assistance; it is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply to you. We are not responsible for any consequence of submitting AI-assisted text where it is not allowed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Text to Human Text Converter and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its output, including decisions made on the basis of a summary or rewrite, loss of academic or professional standing, loss of data, or claims by third parties concerning content you submitted. Since we do not store your text, please keep your own copy of anything important.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The site displays advertisements and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or linked sites.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, text and code are the property of AI Text to Human Text Converter. Trademarks mentioned (Google, Gemini, Cloudflare and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, alter the quota, or discontinue any tool at any time. We may block access from any network address that we believe is abusing the service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
