Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AI Text to Human Text Converter ("we", "the site", https://aitexttohumantextconverter.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: text you submit to the AI tools is sent to Google's Gemini API through our server for processing and is not stored by us; the browser-based text tools never send anything anywhere; and the only data we keep is anonymous usage counters plus the standard advertising and analytics data described below.
1. Text you submit to the AI tools
The AI tools on this site (AI Text to Human Text Converter, Paraphrasing Tool, Text Summarizer, Grammar Checker and Tone Changer) need a language model to work. When you press the button, the text you entered and the options you selected are sent over HTTPS to a server we operate on Cloudflare Workers. That server forwards your text to Google's Gemini API together with our instructions for the task, receives the result, and returns it to your browser.
- We do not store or log your text. It is held in memory only for the duration of the request. Neither the input nor the output is written to a database, a log file or any other persistent storage under our control.
- Google processes your text under its own terms. Because the text is sent to Google's Gemini API, its handling by Google is governed by the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy, and it may be processed by Google in accordance with those terms. We have no control over Google's systems.
- Do not submit text that is confidential, that contains other people's personal data, or that you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor.
2. Anonymous usage counters
To enforce the free daily quota and to detect abuse, our server keeps a small amount of anonymous usage data for each request to an AI tool:
- a salted hash of your IP address that changes every day (the hash cannot be reversed to recover the address, and because the salt input rotates daily, activity on different days cannot be linked);
- the number of characters submitted and the number of tokens processed by the model;
- the tool used and the date.
These counters contain none of your text. They are retained for 35 days and then deleted automatically.
3. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Before an AI request is accepted, the page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to CAPTCHA that distinguishes people from automated scripts. Turnstile may set a cookie or use similar browser storage to do this, and Cloudflare processes limited technical information (such as IP address and browser characteristics) in accordance with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Turnstile does not show ads and does not track you across sites.
4. Browser-based text tools
The Text Analysis tools (AI Writing Pattern Checker, Readability Checker, Word Counter, Text Cleaner, Case Converter) are executed entirely by JavaScript on your own device. Text you enter into them is never sent to our servers or to any third party. We have no ability to see it, and it is gone when you close or reload the page.
5. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring page, pages requested and timestamps, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individuals.
6. Advertising (Google AdSense)
We display advertisements served by Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised ads are served, as required by law.
Third-party ad vendors and networks may also use cookies or web beacons; we do not have access to or control over these cookies. Please review Google's advertising policies for more information.
7. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand which tools are used most and how visitors find the site. Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type). IP anonymisation is enabled. Analytics never receives the text you enter into any tool. You can prevent analytics collection with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
8. Cookies
We do not set cookies of our own for tracking. Cookies on this site come from Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and from the advertising and analytics services described above. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings; the browser-based tools will continue to work without them, though the AI tools require Turnstile to complete its check.
9. Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are delivered to us by a form-relay service (FormSubmit) and used solely to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list.
10. Children's privacy
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you beyond contact-form messages, requests for access, correction or deletion apply to those messages. The usage counters described in section 2 are anonymous and cannot be linked back to you, so they cannot be retrieved on request. 12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, our providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
